경로가 있는데 왜 안될까요...

보고 같은 애러라 따라하는데 이유를 모르겠습니다
경로가 없나 해서 cd 로 경로 들어가면 있고 경로 안에서 ls 하면 아무것도 안뜨긴 하는데 머죠..
1등 어떤걸 원하시나요?
경로가 있는데 cp 명령어가 왜 안되는지 이유가 알고싶습니다
음 경로에 들어가서 ls 쳐봤을 때 아무것도 없으면 없는 것입니다.
dpkg -S apt | grep sources.list 이렇게 하면 파일이 있는 경로는 잡힙니다.
vi 해서 파일들어가려 했는데 지원을 안하더라구여..
apt list --upgradable 검색해서 들어갔는데 업그레이드 리스트도 안나오고 너무 막막해요..

2등 차라리 소스 리스트 자체를 수정하는게 어떨까요?
커널이 진짜 구버전인가 그래서인지는 모르겠지만 vim: command not found
vim 커맨드도 없고 도커 우분투 터미널창에서 apt 다운도 업데이트도 안되고.. 우분투 지웠다가 이미지 제일 최신껄로 받아도 커널은 그대로고 너무 막막합니다.. ssh 터미널은 우분투 터미널과 버전이 같고..
나스 ssh uname -r 하니까 도커 우분투 커널과 같네요.. 너무 구버전이라
우분투 최신버전인 22.04 쓰시는 것 같고요. 해당 경로에 실제로 파일이 없네요.
아마 버전 업데이트 되면서 변화가 있었나본데, 아래 막 설치한 이미지에서 카피한 내용물 첨부드립니다.

아 제껀 url이 arm이라서 좀 다르긴 하네요. 크게 상관은 없는 듯 합니다.
감사합니다 라마누스님이 작성해주신걸 sources.list 라는 파일을 제가 생성해서 저 내용을 안에 넣어서 저장하는 방법이 맞는건가요?
examples는 비어있는게 맞으니 etc 경로의 sources.list에 문제가 있다면 이걸 기반으로 덮어쓰면 될 것 같네요.
